With a 4,000 sqm factory, supper technical support and 150 workers including 20 experienced engineers.OTI has a good organized management service system and put the infrastructure and procedures in place to support a stringent quality policy. All our systems are well documented and implemented by an expert trained team with a line of reporting that is independent of manufacturing.Our advanced facilities include:
(1) 12 sets of compression molding machines which maximum pressure is 300 metric tons.
(2) 12 sets of LSR injection molding machine (The maximum production dimension is 0.10 mm and maximum pressure is 250 metric tons.
(3) 6 sets of plastic injection molding machines, include 1 sets 2K injection molding machines.
(4) 7 set auto printing machines ,3sets lasering machines and 1 set auto painting machine.
(5) Auto dispensing machine ,Ultrasonic Welding Machine ,Foam dispensing machine ,Palsma Machine.
